- AllState service calls:
-DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMER unless problem due to customer fault. - No need to create an estimate. Just look up required part numbers and quantity
- Warranty/Insurance claim:
-Each appliance covered in house hold will have it’s own line item with model and serial number.
-If secondary appliance is not covered, cx is responsible for the service call.
-Create same estimate as for the customer but do not show and charge customer.
– If cost more than pre-aproved amount, set status to “On hold” and mention in tech notes that limit increase is required.
– If with in the limit, attempt a repair as usual. - Parts order request:
– When in need of parts for the repair, include all part numbers and quantity in the tech notes and set status “On Hold”. Office will order parts directly to the customer house and will follow up with a customer.
-Do not forget to charge customer for parts shipping.
