- GENERAL INQUIRIES – #4 Priority
- MANUFACTURER, PROPERTY MANAGMENT, INSURANCE- #5 Priority
- PARTS SALES #6 Priority
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT #7 Priority
- If customer is using wrong department for their inquiry, redirect call to correct department and let customer wait in new queue.
- Any complaints from the customers are not a priority at all. If the customer is a warranty customer – advise than to call the warranty company directly.
- TRY NOT TO SPEND TOO MUCH TIME ON PHONE CALLS!
