WOW!!! Talk about a professional company. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, because this company EARNED more than just 5. We had a malfunctioning refrigerator, and we called Samsung. They put us in touch with Appliance Repair Pros, who told my wife and I it would be $200.00 for a service visit. That would NOT be applied to any parts, or labor. On top of that, it would take 12 days for them to come out just to inspect the problem. The next day, we called Quality Appliances Repairs and we spoke with Jeff. We had an appointment the VERY NEXT DAY!!! On top of that, the service visit was only$95.00 and that would be applied to the repair. The next day, Alex showed up within the time window, got right to work, found the problem in mutter of minutes, and scheduled a repair with the parts ordered for 3 days later. I will NEVER deal with Samsung, or Appliance Repair Pros ever again. From now on, my wife and I will ONLY deal with Quality Appliance Repair. I HIGHLY suggest you do the same. Save yourself the time, trouble, and headache of dealing with other appliance repair....and just go to the best first. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I would definitely recommend this company's services. They kept to their word and where able to come 1.5 hour after I have requested a service call. *That was super fast and it was after 10pm on Sunday* When technician showed up he were able to repair both my dishwasher and my dryer at a reasonable price and provided excellent advice and explained everything he were doing and why. Technician also were nice enough to call me right before he arrived. This is a really good service and good people, paypal casino mobile. Highly recommend quality appliances repair!!! I can say for sure BEST IN WINDSOR!!!

Based on the positive reviews I asked Q.A.R. to repair a 5-yr old fridge that had been leaking from the upper freezer into the lower fridge compartment. We set up an appointment for the next day. I am so happy I called them! Alex diagnosed the problem and took care of it quickly. Turns out that "crud" had built up on the internal cooling/fan unit that caused ice to form and block circulation vents. In addition, stored food was blocking them. Alex was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely call Quality Appliances Repair again.

These company are awesome. We call them to help fix our refrigerator. Every interaction was 5 stars:
-Appointment scheduling was a breeze. They had availability the next day and showed up well within the arrival window
-Full COVID protocol made us feel safe. They wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers.
-Our technician quickly figured out the issue in less than 10 minutes. Another repair person we brought in last time from another appliance repair company worked for an hour and still couldn't figure out what was wrong with our refrigerator. The Quality Appliance Repair technician took the time to show me why he believed the issue he identified was the culprit and how he ruled out other potential issues.
-They had many opportunities to upcharge me into additional services, but instead showed me what was an issue and fixed it on a spot.
-Technician was able to collet a payment from credit card, which was also super convenient.We highly recommend Quality Appliances Repair and will use them again in the future the first time something breaks!
