WOW!!! Talk about a professional company. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, because this company EARNED more than just 5. We had a malfunctioning refrigerator, and we called Samsung. They put us in touch with Appliance Repair Pros, who told my wife and I it would be $200.00 for a service visit. That would NOT be applied to any parts, or labor. On top of that, it would take 12 days for them to come out just to inspect the problem. The next day, we called Quality Appliances Repairs and we spoke with Jeff. We had an appointment the VERY NEXT DAY!!! On top of that, the service visit was only$95.00 and that would be applied to the repair. The next day, Alex showed up within the time window, got right to work, found the problem in mutter of minutes, and scheduled a repair with the parts ordered for 3 days later. I will NEVER deal with Samsung, or Appliance Repair Pros ever again. From now on, my wife and I will ONLY deal with Quality Appliance Repair. I HIGHLY suggest you do the same. Save yourself the time, trouble, and headache of dealing with other appliance repair....and just go to the best first. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
