Dear customer,

We have received your request and it’s now being processed. If we will require any additional information, we will get in touch with you prior to dispatching a technician. 

Request keynotes:

  • An adult must be present for a service technician to perform work on the appliance. If an adult is not present, tech will not be entering a house and the service call will be billed. Some exemptions for landlords and property management companies are allowed.
  • All appointments are scheduled with a 4-hour block from the chosen time. Tech will arrive at any time within 4 hours.  
  • Service call is free with any repair. If a repair can not be made, a service call fee will be billed per serviced appliance. Commercial appliances are not included to this offer. 
  • Some remote areas are subject to an additional trip charge. You may view our coverage map with prices for a particular zone on our website at
  • If you have provided a landline number, please get in touch with us via live chat to add a cell number to your profile for all future communications. Including, estimates, invoices, tech arrival estimates, etc…
  • All Cancellations must be submitted a day before scheduled service call with cut of time at 2pm. Any cancellations placed after 2pm, a day prior of scheduled service call, will incur in a trip/service call charge.

    INSTALLATIONS – One of our team members will review the required services and will get back to you with an estimate via email or text. Generally, this process takes up to 3 business days.
